Maze Walking Tour is a nature-based and leisurely activity at the valley village called Maze. The village is so tranquil, nostalgic and scenic. This is the best place for hiking near from Gero Onsen.
The tour starts at Maruhachi Ryokan, which is secretly known for foreign travelers since 2012. It was published on the Guardian. Your English speaking guide will kindly instruct about the village first such as local products, foods and current situation too.
Walking along the river, in the forests and going up the short hill, you will see the magnificent views of nature and all of them will inspire you. Sometimes, you can meet some locals and have a chat. The guide will help you the interpretion.
